JARVIS is an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to guide users through complex workflows with clarity and personality. As Creative Producer and Technical Project Manager, I led the Research & Development (R&D) team responsible for experimentation & proof of concepts that shaped the product vision. I partnered closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our AI workflows felt both intelligent and human, balancing functionality with narrative-driven interaction design.
“Enhancing ESPN’s Game Recaps for Underserved Sports Using AI”
ROLE: Creative Producer / Experience Lead
This project was ESPN‘s first public entry into AI-generated game summaries, transforming live sports data into engaging, fan-friendly narratives. I led creative direction and experience design, overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring our generative ai outputs matched ESPN’s editorial voice. My work focused on how AI could enhance fan engagement—making recaps feel dynamic, conversational, and emotionally resonant rather than purely informational.
GENERATIVE AI Avatar “FACTS”
ROLE: Creative producer / conversation designer
FACTS is an AI avatar developed for SEC Nation, designed to deliver real-time insights, trivia, and analysis in a live sports environment. As Project Lead, I oversaw end-to-end development of the avatar—defining its personality, on-air presence, and interaction model. I coordinated across creative, engineering, and broadcast teams, ensuring the avatar felt authentic to SEC Nation while pushing the boundaries of how AI can exist as a live, fan-facing character.
